Why use OTC Trading

OTC trading can be a nice solution for trading tokens that have little or no liquidity on open markets (DEX's or CEX's), or when you want to make big trades without influencing the market price.

It is a safe and quick way to exchange tokens with a 'known' counterparty without having to go to a DEX or CEX.
