On the signing screen you can review the trade and a request to sign will be send to your wallet.

If you have the extension wallet connected a popup will open up with the request to sign. If you are connected through walletconnect you will need to open up your wallet where a request will be waiting for you to approve.

Once you have a approved the transaction, a link is generated that you can share with the counterparty to sign. Only the publickey/address you entered as counterparty is able to sign the transaction. If anything changes in the mean time, like balance, the transaction will fail or can't be signed in the first place.

When the counterparty opens the link, he will be taken to the P2P Trade review page.
