Here's how you can create a loan offer, as a lender

On the Dashboard, click "Create a P2P Loan", or go to the P2P Lending screen and click "Create a New Loan"
Fill in the required fields: token you want to lend and the amount, accepted collateral token and the amount, amount you want to receive back (principal + interest) and duration of the loan. When you're done, click "Continue".
Review the loan details to make sure everything is correct and sign (or cancel) the transaction.
Once the transaction is confirmed, your loan offer has been created.
